1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, return eligibility varies by product category:

Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Honey, Fresh Produce)

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items must be reported with clear photographs showing the issue
  • Products must not have been consumed or significantly used

Non-Perishable Items (Rice, Sugar, Salt, Packaged Goods, Oils)

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

2. Conditions for Return

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or spoiled upon delivery
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product quality does not match the description on our website
  • The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or used (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the eligibility window has passed
  • Custom or special orders
  • Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
